We find content everywhere, but we especially like when companies tell us about a new giveaway they are conducting. The fine folks at K-12 Blueprint told us about this giveaway and frankly, we were clueless as to exactly how this device is used in a classroom. Thanks to Amazon, we have the answer.
The Actiontec ScreenBeam is a wireless device that connects to an HDTV. Digging into the comments let us know that the device does work with projectors. That was important because a projector is more likely to be in a classroom than an HDTV. In conjunction with a laptop or tablet, the teacher can project the screen wirelessly to students.
There is a catch to this giveaway, the device is not free and clear to the five winners. By entering, you’re agreeing to participate in a case study requiring CONSENT of the K-12 employer. (biting my tongue here) I do have to throw in that the ScreenBeam is available on Amazon at a cost of $79.99 no strings attached.
