Teachers in Utah (K-12) have a fantastic opportunity sponsored by the Utah Jazz and CenturyLink to become one of FIVE teachers to win $1,000 to the schools general fund, 4 tickets to a Jazz game, 4 more tickets for your school administrator, on court recognition and an award plaque.

One winner per month for November, December, January, February and March.

One grand prize selected from the five will receive $5,000 toward the school general fund, school pep rally, in-game recognition and a catered suite for 12.
