Toyota Teen Drivers Educator Challenge (X 2/14/13)

Teachers of students grades 9-12 (aka high school) have an opportunity to win a virtual driving simulator for their school from Toyota Teen Drivers Educator Challenge.

Create an action plan that includes the following:

• a clearly identified key message about safe teen driving
• compelling evidence and research, including statistics, which show why the key message is important to teen drivers
• an overall strategy/vision to promote safe driving in the entrant’s community and/or nationally
• an impact statement outlining expected outcomes as a result of the project completion
• a connection with the Toyota Teen Driver, identifying how the action plan enhances the overall mission of the Toyota Teen Driver program
• a listing of the Toyota Teen Driver resource(s) you will use/leverage to help your program succeed

Action plan must be submitted by Feb 14, 2013

Grand Prize:

• $10,000 cash for the teacher (virtual high five)
• Driving simulator
• Celebratory safe driving school event

Second Place:

• $5,000 cash award
• Virtual driving simulator
• Celebratory safe driving school event
