Tax Day Freebies 2016

We love to hate April 15…..cue the dreaded music!  The blessed day allows many approaches to meeting the deadline.  Many are in the “I’m going to do my taxes as soon as all of my forms arrive.”  While others will wait until the deadline to file.  Although Tax Day is typically April 15, we have until April 18 to file because of the observance of Emancipation Day, so the IRS is extending the deadline to April 18, 2016.
