Like this if you have a substitute that you request when you are out. I had one that I adored (Kathy) and knew my classroom would be run without difficulties, and with complete efficiency. She was difficult to get in your own classroom because every other teacher in the school loved her as well. It was not uncommon for teachers to call Kathy to schedule her even though we were not “allowed” to do that. 🙂 When you have a great sub, they are considered GOLD.
