Ugh! Me! I have been waiting for the penny pencils and nickel glues to stock up my art room. I broke down this week and got the .39 glues and use a 25% off coupon. I am hoping I can just return when they go on sale for a nickel in August (maybe?). I was able to get 25 at that price (none of the tricky reward stuff) so that was a perk…i guess. =/
