Mentoring Minds just happens to have $10K burning a hole in their pocket and they want to give it ALL to one school!

Critical thinking skills are necessary to survive in the big bad world as both children now and adults in a few short years. How are you promoting/teaching critical thinking for life in REAL CLASSROOMS with REAL RESULTS?

Compose and submit your 300 word (or less) essay on the Mentoring Minds FB entry form, along with a photo. This is a public vote contest to narrow the field of entrants to 15 who will then submit a video, again for a public vote.

Application deadline: Apr 17, 2014
Notification of finalists/voting Apr 21 – May 9, 2014

• Grand Prize: $10,000
• First Place: $3,000
• Second Place: $1,500
• All other semi-finalists: $250

Note: I only see TWELVE entries. That means at minimum, you could score $250! Remember to post in the Penniless Teacher FB Forum for us to vote for your project!
