As I said yesterday, there aren’t many Cinco de Mayo ideas on Pinterest.  We made Sombreros from newspaper.  The picture is from the website linked on Pinterest.I would not suggest this as a class project!  We spray painted ours which took FOREVER to dry in Florida!
