Ten mini-grants of $500 each will be awarded for student-based projects in grades K-12. Grants are intended for rural classroom teachers served by an electric cooperative (ie: PRECorp). If the school is not served by an electric cooperative, consideration will be given if its students’ homes are within PreCorp’s service territory.
Projects should feature an investigation into science of energy or electricity. Grants may be used to fund an existing project.
Application deadline is July 15, 2012
