The National PTA encourages parents to #ThankaTeacher for beginning the process of implementing the Common Core State Standards.  Write a letter or note of thanks!

Send a copy of your letter to CCSS@pta.org by 5:00pm EDT, May 13, 2013.
Include your contact information and the name of your local PTA.

Each letter will be entered into a drawing, where ten local PTA winners will receive $500 to host a teacher appreciation lunch honoring the teacher(s) and PTA letter writer.

Rally all students and parents to write a note to the teacher because the more entries, the more chances your PTA has to win.

TEN local PTA chapters will receive $500 to host a teacher appreciation lunch!

I vote for shrimp, lobster and steak!  YUMMO!
