Service projects are necessary in Florida high schools for students to earn community service credits.  Have you thought of a little free library as an on-going service project for your community?

Celebrating National Library Week, Chronicle Books is giving away two Little Free Libraries stocked with books.  Little Free Libraries have been popping up everywhere.  The simplicity is the beauty.  Take a book….FREE.  Return the book, pass the book along, or add a different book of your choice to the Little Free Library.  The pure essence of the honor system!  Anyone remember the road side honor system for purchasing honey, veggies and even worms for the fishing trip?
