The stories we hear about Sandy Hook are heart breaking, both good and bad. Many staff members lost their lives defending students, with the press (and public) deeming them heroes.
I do not want to downplay what the faculty at Sandy Hook did.
Individuals not in a school or classroom do not understand that most every single teacher or staff member would protect the students as those at Sandy Hook did. Each of you are a Super Teacher Hero in my book!
