Guinness World Records is challenging students ages 7-12 to create a song, poem, short essay, rap, poster, or video describing the record they would most like to set or break in the next 20 years. Students may submit as many entries as they like! Can’t you hear them brainstorming now?
Teachers (and parents) are encouraged to create an account then create accounts by registering kiddos allowing monitoring of entries made by kids.
The judges will select 10 semi-finalists who will each receive a 2016 Guinness World Records book. The Grand Prize winner will receive a $750 check and their photo included in the 2017 Guinness World Records book! A teacher designated by the winner will receive $250!
Entries must be postmarked by Dec 1, 2015 to be eligible.
