School gardens are an incredible learning tool for children. For some, it may be the only time they see that food really does grow in the ground. For others, it is the beginning of a lifetime love. For all, the pride of hard work with an actual end result. I’ll bet if you contact your local nursery, they would provide a speaker and plants!
