Conference Season

Quick, where is the conference/convention capital city in the United States.  That is the big “O” town, aka Orlando, FL.  Living in the area I am making it my mission this year to attend as many conferences in Orlando as I can.  The first one is FETC, Florida Educational Technology Conference!  Nothing like starting the year with a GINORMOUS conference!

This week is going to be a marathon as I attend as many functions and talk to as many vendors as I can squeeze in.  I was pleasantly surprised with the number of vendors emailing to set up appointments.  Makes me feel really important, even though I’m NOT!

Cross your fingers, say a few prayers or just hope that I can score some fantastic stuff for later this year!  If you know of any educational/teacher type conferences coming to Orlando, I would so appreciate a heads up.
