Drawing attention to the importance of safe driving for teens, State Farm encourages students to renew their safe driving commitment DAILY!

First, a designated school official (Principal or AP) must register the school for the Celebrate My Drive contest.  Students then complete the daily commitment.  Share this with your school administration!  As I’m creating this post only 700 high schools are enrolled!

High Schools are divided into two categories, student enrollment below 749 and student enrollment above 750.  The high schools in each category with the highest commitments will be designated the winner.

We’re talking SERIOUS prize money:

Two (2) Grand Prizes (one (1) per high school size category):

• $100,000 USD Grant awarded in the form of a check
• Concert performed by The Band Perry.  Each concert will take place at a location that is able to accommodate and allow entry for each of the potential Grand Prize winning high school’s total 2014-2015 student enrollment.

8 First Prizes (four (4) per high school size category):

• $100,000 USD Grant awarded in the form of a check

90 Second Prizes (forty-five (45) per high school size category):

• $25,000 USD Grant awarded in the form of a check

STIPULATION: For each grant awarded, a minimum of 10% of the prize value must be used toward teen driver safety initiatives in the 2014/2015 high school year.

Registration ends Oct 7, 2014

Driving commitments must be registered between Oct 15 and Oct 24, 2014
