Most schools and districts lock down their networks as much as possible, for reasons we all understand.  On a recent visit to a school, we were accessing the Internet…..OH MY GOODNESS, that was like stepping back in time because the network was EXTREMELY slow!  Schools can’t afford to provide enough bandwidth to make that baby scream with information.
