Yes! That’s one of the things that makes them so great! Reminds me of something I already do and I’m already comfortable with – but Common Core aligned! YAY!

Would love to use this book for my morning work with my first graders. Math seems to be an area that they really still need improvement on.

These would be great for the children to work on right when they get into the room in the mornings. It gives them something productive, but not overwhelming to wake up their brains and prepare for the day.

As a resource room teacher, I have been trying to collect different materials that are aligned to the CCLS. Kathryn Barnum had a great suggestion! I would love to use these as a center activity to help my students build mastery toward reaching their annual goals.

I would use them as our focusing time at the beginning of math/reading. We are starting a new curriculum next year that doesn’t rely on textbooks and these would be a HUGE help!

I would use the 4 Today Series (Kindergarten level) as a combination of morning work and review. Depending on the level of the work, I may even incorporate it into small group instruction. Looks like a great resource!

I always used Math4Today and Read4Today when I taught 3rd grade. I would LOVE to have the opportunity to use the Common Core 4Today series in my 4th grade class!!! I’m going to be starting data notebooks this year and this would be the PERFECT addition to my notebooks too with the way it reviews skills.

I would use these in my reading strategies classes for my 7th and 8th grade students with special needs. Although many of them are reading below grade level, they are still assessed on grade level at the end of the year. Even with accommodations, this is still a daunting task. This will provide them with the extra practice they need throughout the year, which will give them more self-confidence when they see the material in their English classes with their peers.

I would LOVE to use this in my classroom for morning work or daily review. Our state has not adopted common core, however my school system uses an assessment that is based on common core to assess student growth and to evaluate teachers. This would be a huge help to me and helping me align our state standards to the common core and making my children better prepared. What a lifesaver these would be!!!
