Cabot Creamery, a coop of dairy farmers in the North East offers matching Healthy Living Grants up to $200 for qualifying programs. If you can answer yes to the following questions, you have a good chance for this grant.
Take a look at the examples of funded projects published on the website.
- Does your event or program focus on healthy living through nutrition, fitness, and/or overall wellness?
- Do you have another sponsor supporting your initiative? (i.e. a community group, a local business, PTA, funding from another grant received, etc.)
- If funded, do you have the means in place to support the cost of the project up-front? (Cabot funding will not be released until after you have provided the required follow-up report covering your event or program.)
The Cabot Healthy Living Grant is a year round grant.
