C-SPAN StudentCam Competition

Time for the 2016 C-SPAN Student Cam competition and what better topic than the Road to the White House?  Open to students grades 6-12 to compete in groups of up to 3, to score their portion of the $100,000 prize package.

StudentCam offers Tips for Teachers wishing to incorporate the competition into their curriculum, including helpful resources from teachers who have used StudentCam in their classrooms.  Worried about trudging through the Common Core State Standards for documentation?  StudentCam provides the EXACT CCSS standards covered along with ISTE National Educational Technology Standards.

ALL StudentCam winning videos are available to show students, or for students to look at as they decide on the format of their own entry.

Entries must be submitted by Jan 20, 2016 which just happens to be one year from the date of the next Presidential election.
