American Girl Elevate the Arts

Two components make up the Elevate the Arts with American Girl grant.

1. Create an essay of no more than 500 words explaining why art matters to the school and the impact on the students.  Also include specific plans for the using the grant for further arts impact in the school.
2. Create a piece of artwork in any type of traditional art material, incorporating a hot air balloon in some way to tie in with the Girl of the Year 2013 stories.  Artwork must be completed by students ages 8-12.
