Play 60 Super School Contest

Would a visit from an NFL player pump up your school to become more health conscience?  Play 60 Super School Contest is awarding 60 schools with a visit from an NFL play AND $10,000 health and wellness grant.

This contest is open to PTA/PTO leader representing a public school, or school administrator (Principal, AP, Dean, etc).

Complete the registration form using less than 200 words to answer the first three question and less than 100 with the last question.  Answers should include how your school is celebrating NFL-team pride for the new 2012 season.  Describe the school PE environment, and what the school is doing to teach students the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Share this information with your school administration and PTA/PTO leader to complete the entry process by Sept. 14, 2012.
